Cancellation

Cancellation of participation made before 31 March, 2010: paid registration fee will be refunded deducting 25 EUR
of handling fee per person.
After that date there will be no refund whatsoever.

Lunch

The lunch won't be provided by the organisation. Delegates must exit the symposium hall to find a restaurant.
We will provide a restaurants list and map, close to the symposium site.

Train

A discount rate of 20 to 25% off the basic fare, valid for all services under SNCF pricing system, in 1st or economic class: the standard level 1 fare charged on TGV services and the fare applicable to other train services, exclusive of any reservation charges or supplements. The voucher ticket has a two-week validity and a shall include at least one day of the congress within this two-week period. Please ask the Congress Secretariat for vouchers (see registration form).
