Cancellation

Cancellation of participation made before 31 March, 2011: paid registration fee will be refunded deducting 25 EUR of handling fee per person. After that date there will be no refund whatsoever.

Lunch

The lunch won't be provided by the organization. Delegates must exit the symposium hall to find a restaurant. We will provide a restaurants list and map, close to the symposium site
